Delivery

Orders purchased on Abécédaires Union websites are generally shipped within 72 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). This timeframe may be extended during holiday seasons or periods of confinement. The maximum delivery time is 30 days after the order.

Product Returns

You have 14 days after receipt to return an item to us if it does not meet your expectations (from the date of receipt). Returns are at your expense. You will receive a prepaid return label by email. A flat fee of up to 12 euros for processing costs will be deducted from your refund. The product must be in the same condition as you received it and must not be damaged in any way. You are allowed to remove the product from its packaging unless it is sealed.

You have 2 years to return an item to us if defects of conformity or apparent or hidden defects have been duly proven by the Customer, under the conditions provided for in articles L 217-4 and following of the Consumer Code and those provided for in the GTC. Returns are at our expense. You will receive a prepaid return label by email.

If you decide to return the items, you must inform us by completing the return form on our website or by email at contact@abecedairesunion.com.

After receiving your return package, we will inspect the returned items and begin processing your refund. The money will be refunded using the original payment method. The refund will be processed as soon as possible.

Services cannot be returned.
